Just called today to see if we can take a look at the available unit. They said they want to do credit pull on application before they can show the apartment. Credit pulled before even seeing the unit first? Not for me.
Family bought the condo off the builders 12 years ago. Its an amazing community, excellent neighbors. Excellent wildlife in the back. Couldnt be happier anywhere else.
The first reviewer fixated on one narrow aspect that probably never happened. Condos are nice. Fees are low because we do our own management.Small ,friendly ,secluded neighborhood with no thru traffic.Been here 12 years!
