Very helpful staff. Prices maybe a little high but I think every pool store is like that... Not gonna knock a star off for a place trying to turn a profit. Will knock a star for nobody being at the store during business hours.
Woke up to a leak this morning in my above ground pool. Called Amy at Northbridge Pools and by 1 this afternoon Bob had come out and found and fixed the leak. Can’t say enough good things! Quick, professional and reasonable prices. Thank you so much. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Worked with Bob to open my above-ground pool, incredibly knowledgeable and patient with explaining each part of the process. Absolutely fantastic service!
I have been trying to give these people business for a couple years and I am not sure why. Every time I come in the store I am met with rudeness and sarcasm. Today was the last straw, as I left the store owner yelled, "If you don't like it, go to B+L Pools!" Easy peasy! That is exactly what I will do. I will never step foot in the store again. I will gladly give business to their competitor if that is what they wish as I share my negative experience and tell others to do the same. BTW...if I could zero stars, I would :)
They should change their hours on Google. I've been there 3 times this year and they were closed during their "open" hours.
