Joanne is “OUTSTANDING” in customer service. She goes the extra mile. Not just from my own experience but on waiting to b served I saw how she cares for her customers. The young lady optometrist who’s name has escaped me was so professional, kind n immensely caring as well..I have never had such good customer service in all my 70 years. I feel blessed to have met both these woman n given the time n care they gave me..Great job ladies n thank u dearly ..Ellie
Great experience! Sophie provided a detailed assessment on my eye’s health, issues I may come across, and how to stop my headaches. Joanne was very helpful in my search for a pair of glasses and getting everything booked. A very nice and cheerful team.
Loved my experience here, everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr Sophie went above and beyond and made the whole process for both glasses and contact lenses very easy for me. They have a wide range of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. Highly recommended!
Amazing looking clinic and they have quite a unique range of glasses Ive never heard of. Great experience with Sophie and took the time to explain in detail the health of my eyes.
