My home insurance premium increased 50% when I went to renew, nothing changed and I have never made a claim.
Never do business with this insurance company. They overcharge without giving any explanation on the reason and ignore their customers. All trucking companies, please avoid them and go with a more respectable company who actually cares about their customers.
I just had a large insurance claim from damage done by our roofing company that drove into our garage. Kathy did a great job getting all fixed like new.I would highly recommend this company and especially their adjuster Kathy.
Worst Insurance company there is. Will do absolutely everything they can to not pay claims. They offered our buildings 10 year warranty. Instead of paying and helping us with a roof deficiency they have fought our strata in court for 7 long years with no end in sight. Avoid these guys like the plague.
