Je souligne en GRAS L'INCOMPÉTENCE FLAGRANTE DE MR Lemy Mupay, probablement l'agent le plus désorganisé avec qui j'ai eu à "dealer" de mon entière existance. Très mauvais service. Communication extrêmement difficile avec les nombreux employés ayant géré notre dossier : l’un était en arrêt, un autre en congé de maternité, etc. Nous avons dû faire un nombre incalculable d’appels à leurs bureaux, sans obtenir de suivi clair. Face à cette réclamation interminable, nous avons finalement dû engager notre propre expert en sinistre pour faire avancer le dossier. Nous ne recommandons pas cette entreprise.
Giving this company a 1 star and would give nothing if the option was available. I had a terrible service. After multiple emails and voice messages since January with one of their employees (that will remain nameless for the time being that answered one of my messages from 7) I finally got him on the line and he says sorry I put the file on hold because I had to take ten minutes to be able to take a look at a video and I didn’t have the time and no we won’t pay the claim.
