Josh was extremely thorough diagnosing the problems with our commercial fridge. He ordered the correct parts, communicated regularly and returned to complete the repair. We are very happy with the service Josh provided and highly recommend Northbound Mechanical.

Really disappointing, provided my personal contact information, email, phone number and address as asked. Emails were never responded to after multiple attempts to book a service date. The reviewers for this company seem satisfied, which is why I tried to hire them. The known issue with muskoka contractors not showing up and responding is starting to prove itself true.

Josh was so great at troubleshooting the problem with out new commercial cooler. He helped me narrow down the issue so that the company would agree that it was a warranty issue and send Josh out to service it. He was so kind and helpful!
