Awful. They canceled my appointment and I did not receive a text update regarding the appointment change or new appointment date. This was for my first appointment since finding out my husband and I were pregnant. We had planned a dinner out with my family after the appointment where we would tell them the news. The last text I had still had this appointments date and time. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and wouldn’t apologize for the inconvenience.
