I saw Gabriel Aguilera , the PA at NorthBay health urgent care in Dixon several days ago. I rarely leave reviews, but this man was outstanding in diagnosing my problem and encouraged me to go to the ER immediately. He was spot on, and if left unchecked it could have been a severe health issue. He knew right away after examining me that I had a kidney issue and I was admitted for emergency surgery that day.
