The work performed was unprofessional and shoddy. The repair approach was pretty much trial and error. At time + materials, it worked out well for the company. The work was so unacceptable I had to pay a professional to rip and and replace at half the cost and outstanding quality. The indifference to my concerns by management left me no alternative but to cancel any further work by this company
