Mikey and Luis were fantastic! They were considerate and communicative as they did their work, and they got the job done efficiently to boot! Highly recommend.
North Bay Comfort is incredible. My A/C broke down in August from dust and age. North Bay auto came up to my home in Cloverdale and diagnosed the issue incredibly rapidly--I had tried for hours and hours to understand the issue going through the wiring diagram myself and cleaning the condenser. They discovered that the blower motor was functioning but that some of the blower fan blades had broken and were causing inefficiency. Ultimately several fan blades had broken completely. We shopped around for a while and were recommended by a friend. Edgar came out and gave us a couple options, install was smooth and they were with us every step of the way. They cleaned up after the job was finished and definitely took pride in their work. He checked in with me after a couple days to make sure we were happy with the system. Would highly recommend them to anyone shopping around for an HVAC company.
Spoke with Edgar the owner about the problem and later that evening two of his employees came over and quickly fixed our furnace issue. It wasn't the speed but the honesty and modest manner that really made us feel good about how they went about explaining and fixing it. Good employees come from well run companies that focus on community. That is certainly Northbay Comfort.
Edgar was extremely helpful and available for us even late at night. We had issues with our water heater and he was able to walk us through the troubleshooting process. I would definitely recommend their services
