Our AC wasn’t working the night before a day expected to be around 100F. Made calls the next morning, but didn’t expect to be able to find anyone to help us quickly. Thank goodness I called Northbay Comfort! Edgar (the owner) was able to come by and check our AC THAT AFTERNOON. He was professional and friendly - he looked at our AC, explained what was going on and gave us an honest assessment on what to do. We were so impressed that Northbay Comfort is our go to for ANY issue with our heating and AC.

I put in a fairly complicated HVAC system to my house. Multiple mini split units and a central system for the ground floor. Edgar and his team did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them. And they definitely stand behind their work. For example, the thermostats we put in for some reason were not working well. I hired Edgar to re-install an AC unit after it had been disconnected. Edgar did a great job and it was affordable. I would definitely hire him again.
