Geraldo’s shop is a rare find. Camper/Van Conversions are specialty vehicles that many mechanics and RV shops don’t understand. I have trusted very few places with my van, but Geraldo passes the test. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about vans, van mechanics and comes up with a few solutions for repairs. I highly recommend him for any repairs or upgrades post build. He is a clear communicator and excels at breaking down the how and why behind any mechanical issues so that I am informed and can do my own research.
It was a stroke of luck that I selected North Bay adventure vans from the Google RV repair section. They aren't designated strictly as a repair shop, but I thought their expertise in building custom vans might be able to help with my technical issue with a burnt out solar connector switch. We rented the van for a trip to most north eastern park of CA. It was comfortable to drive and got great fuel mileage. It also had a great sound system. 10/10 recommend.
Hi there! I cannot say enough, how happy I am with my service by Gerardo Cortes from Northbay Adventure Vans. I bought a campervan under some duress to drive up to help my elderly parents in Canada. Needless to say, I found there were a few issues with the van. Gerardo was very understanding and not only helped me fix the things I needed but treated me with the utmost respect---I honestly almost cried when I left the shop. Great work, fabulous customer service and just a first class human being!!
The Northbay Adventure Van people were professional, organized and prompt. They repaired all items in our Roadtrek Sprinter Van to our satisfaction. We will use Luis and Gerardo again!
