The neighborhood is well thought-out, the homes are of solid material, and the warranty covers front to back for 1 yr, MEP for 2, and structural for 10. The community is quiet but there's places for kids to gather and play. I'm happy with the amenities and location to other fun parts of the metroplex. I'd definitely recommend!
They have done so many little things wrong that it takes away from the enjoyment of the home. As you see the fiberglass door needs to be stained again, they won’t do it. They say it’s not warranted after a year. Stain should last more than a year or two right? They have not honored their word on making repairs that were promised before closing. If you do purchase from them beware they are a bit shady. Make sure it is what you can except as is before closing.
