Very very very nice service! We came in hot with an emergency, after our BT-50 drive belt snapped literally 200m before the shop and they immediately assisted us without any hesitation. Apparently they gathered very capable people who helped us out, even with warranty questions. Would always come here for all kinds of service. On ya Mazda Northam! 🤩

Booked my car in for a service and some oil leaks to be fixed that they found on inspection prior to this booking. Proceeded to not fix the oil leaks after I had to clarify multiple times I wanted them fixed and then gaslighted me saying I didn't specify that's what I wanted. Didn't inform me what was to happen for a full service, proceeded to rotate my tyres and damage my rims and then say it was impossible not to damage them when everyone else that has worked on the rims has never had a problem and refused to cooperate any... read more
