Very dissapointed yet again with such limited services. Waited far too long far an appointment that I had made 5 weeks ago, and then still didn't get to see the Doctor due to other committements. Was offered a phone consult but then that would interfere with my next appointment that I had to be at. I know that waiting is the norm but we make appointments to suit our routines and sometimes there is not a lot of slack time. Stop making so many appointments that everyone has to wait hours to been seen. Feeling very disappointed... read more
