AMAZING. Just when you think Customer Service is dead and buried, along comes Northam Districts Glass Service. I dropped my car off to get my windscreen replaced and was greeted by friendly helpful staff. When the car was ready, they called me and offered to drop the car off to me. Twenty minutes later a lovely gentleman with the biggest smile dropped my car off for me. Cannot recommend this company enough for excellent service.
Absolute joke - dangerous technicians. My car is now a write off because of them. Used them 3 times because they're the only place in my area and they are Shannon's choice of repairer . 1st time. Broke the glass and got bits rattling in air cond ducts. 2nd time. Put wipers back in wrong position (upright) so I couldn't use them at all 3rd. Glass leaked for 3 months - so badly that my car literally filled with water. Gonna tell Shannon's to dump them as a repairer. They destroyed my beloved golf. Excellent experience, came out to fix my windscreen and it was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend!
I would like to highly praise their work! Excellent customer service skills. They kindly asked if I wanted to visit the city shops in the meantime and even offered to take me there. Plus, when the car was ready, they brought it to me in the city, so I didn’t have to go back. I highly recommend them! 5+++!
