Good service and friendly staff. Reasonable time to get an appointment. Not much of a wait time on the day of appointment either.
Sally did my crowns in 2014, she meticulously did the work, took her time with moulds affter moulds, temoraries after temporaries until it was completed, good price and exceptional work, always friendly, great dental nurses, Juliet is always ready to help, always laughing. Called for an appointment today and spoke to a very rude unprofessional receptionist/manager. She was absolutely disgusting in the way she spoke no professionalism, no empathy, just a very rude arrogant nature about her. You are there to take the calls and book appointments with a smile on your face so do your job in a professional manner.
My family and I have been attending the Northam Dental Surgery since we moved to the area 5 years ago. There service has always been exceptional however, it is their compassion to their clients needs that blows me away. Not only have I experienced their care, I have seen it evident on every visit to all clients. Every person that works in this Surgery are professional, kind and the absolute best at their respective positions. Oh and thank you for looking after my smile and going the extra mile.
