Well first thing I noticed was the stained sheets and the giggly technicians. Next was the language barrier since every question I asked was either giggles or yes anything more complex was out of the question. After they had me sit half naked for about 30 mins and strapping me into the diodes and harnesses I was hoping the worst was over but it hadn't even started. Today my husband called to ask about his prescription, and got an arrogant uncultured lady at Reception she needs to be gone. Very poor communication skills please send her for training on how to speak with customers !
It was a very good experience and I had a good sleep. My sleep technologist was Syamily and she was very helpful and welcoming. She explained everything in an understandable manner and made the whole process comfortable for me. Thank you!
Staff and technicians are great and helpful. BUT process to get final reports are outrageously long. First sleep test in Sept 2024. Interesting and professional experience. My second and follow up sleep over was cancelled the day before the appointment due to a "sleep emergence". What the heck is a sleep emergence? Second sleep over took about a year to complete, Fall 2025. Final doctor appointment to report final results Jan 2026!
Clean facility, friendly staff, quiet premises from outside noises. The only thing that must be improved is the soundproofing between rooms because you can hear the person in the nearby room snoring and the toilet noisy flush which makes it difficult to fall alseep, especially considering that the sleep study is on its own uncomfortable.
