Left scratch marks on my face where he placed the electrodes. Awful experience. The technician who helped me was a man and spoke with perhaps an Indian accent. They say on the info handed out before the appointment that there will be extra blankets if needed, that the rooms are temperature controlled, that the bed linen is changed. However my experience was the opposite, there was hair on the pillow so I asked for a new pillowcase. I said I was cold and could I have an extra blanket but was told there were none available. The receptionist is unprofessional and terrible patient experience. My mom received a voice mail to schedule her sleep study appointment and when calling back, the receptionist was rude, should be retrained on how to provide better customer service for patients, and the receptionist also hung up the phone while my mother was still speaking to her. When she called back, we requested to speak to the manager and she was denying to provide the information. This conversation occurred on July 2nd at 3pm.

Agree with other reviews - wait times are crazy, does not make sense to do a study and have a follow up 4 moths after. But my biggest issue is not even that. I came for my second study using CPAP machine, all was good we did a try out and adjusted the fit of the mask. Had couple of hours before the actual study starts and decided to do a small research on CPAP machines. Turns out there was a massive recall on the Phillips machines in 2021 (4 years ago).
