I had a very disappointing experience at this location. One of the staff members name nicole” I believe she is a cashier —she was extremely disrespectful during my visit. She showed no manners, spoke with a rude and dismissive tone, and gave me a disgustingly poor attitude for no reason. I loved the doctor, he truly puts in life saving work
Convenient, clean, friendly clinic with a pharmacy on the first floor and many specialty clinics in the building. The only real downside is that the parking is paid at a machine. But overall a very good clinic.
Before visiting, I checked your website and called your office to confirm your walk-in hours. Both sources indicated that the clinic would be open, yet upon arrival, I found the office closed. This was not only frustrating but also inconvenient, as I made the trip based on the information provided.
