The walk in clinic number on website is not working, I had to reach out to the pharmacy in order to get the correct number. Once that was resolved, the clinic told me they accept walk in patients 2 days out of the week and only from 10-12pm. This is insane as it’s the only clinic in my neighborhood walking distance & I do not drive. I managed to make in for 11:50am but wait times are 3 hours long! Terrible Medical Clinic because the receptionist is rude and hangs up the phone when you ask her a question. I understand that this is a stressful job at times but ma'am you are the one that chose it. I asked a question about appointment times and she hung up the phone on me multiple times. I decided to call back and because she thought I was wasting her time she decided to answer that there were no appointments. The doctors are great and friendly but the wait time is unbelievably long and it doesn’t matter whether you have an appointment or it’s a walk in.Its so unfair to make an appointment for 12:50-1:00pm and wait for 2 hours like you were a walk in.Its not okay, its not okay, this has got to change. I waited 2.5 hours at Dr. Appleby's office at Keele and Wilson, where he repeatedly had the front desk assistants call in other walk-in patients who arrived much later than myself. I also overheard him comment about one of his patient as she left his office to the front desk staff saying "such groundless thought". I left his office after the abuse and disrespect was too much and made my way to Intrepid Clinic by 1:40pm and was check-in after 5- 10mins then seen within the next 20mins.
