Staff is rude and unprofessional. That girl measures my height it is 175cm and I know for sure that I'm 180, then she twice measures BP on my RIGHT hand. Then another staff member threatening to sabotage my future appointments. Name is Taya I guess. Dr David Kishlyansky was actually very good. It looks like it is common problem with admin staff in Canada...
Not accommodating or helpful when seeking advice for medical issues
I was suppose to have an appointment with dr. Erica merman. The voicemail I received sounded like a different doctor so when I approached the older white lady with blond hair and shared what doctor I was to see, she said “we don’t have that doctor here”. Confused I walked over to the other lady and asked “is this your number”. The first blond reception said frustratingly, “that’s a totally different service”.
