I had such a wonderful experience at North York Family Eye Clinic, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Amanda. I first visited with my mother, who is disabled and uses a wheelchair. She needed to have her eyes examined and her retina photographed because she is diabetic, and from the moment we walked in, Dr. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable and cared for. Absolutely amazing service!!! In my 32 years of wearing glasses, Dr. Amanda was the nicest and most comprehensive doctor I've dealt with. She explained to me exactly, my prescription, my eye health and did a full exam. Also they had the exact frames I wanted in stock and were able tongive me alll the add ons for my lenses that i wanted too so that made the entire experience such a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointed, very bad service, they double book, and are not professional . I would go somewhere else...
