I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. Neither my doctor nor I received the reports even after 20 days. Due to this delay, I had to schedule another appointment at a different diagnostic center, where the reports were provided promptly
I have always received kindness from the secretaries and medical staff. Thank you very much for your professionalism, North York Diagnostic & Cardiac.
Waiting time nerds to be addressed
Im very disappointed in the patience recipients desk downstairs, i waited over 20 minutes for someone at desk to show up , i had to ask a guy who works there in the nuclear department for help , i was also hearing other patients complaining the same thing , very terrible service experience downstairs at this location, i will ask my doctor to never send me ever again to this terrible location 🤬
