Waiting time nerds to be addressed
Im very disappointed in the patience recipients desk downstairs, i waited over 20 minutes for someone at desk to show up , i had to ask a guy who works there in the nuclear department for help , i was also hearing other patients complaining the same thing , very terrible service experience downstairs at this location, i will ask my doctor to never send me ever again to this terrible location 🤬

While the staff are efficient, they do not actually have working phone system. It is impossible to speak to anyone or actually leave a message. Pretty basic stuff.
