I have used this company once for a ride and I really enjoyed the driver! He made sure I got to my destination on time and he picked me up in a timely manner. But ever since then I’ve been trying to use this company and it’s always something with them! I’ve called way ahead of time and they said they could honor my ride and I even called yesterday to make sure that my driver was requested and she told me that it was! But here today I get told that they didn’t honor my ride! This isn’t how you do business PERIOD!!!
