We really like everything except the way they handle falls; we've seen 3 really bad ones. One a 100-yr old man fell and had quite a gash in his head. Probably needed stitches and maybe needed checked for a concussion. However, if they call an ambulance their rating would go down, so they don't.
Professionalism is not the strongsuit here at North woods village.
I could not be more pleased with the care my dad receives at North Woods Village of Edison Lakes. He is in a very clean, home-like environment and enjoys spending time with the other residents in the shared living spaces. When I visit I feel welcomed, comfortable and at home :)
