Northwoods Village is a great skilled nursing facility. The staff are well trained and take good care of the residents. Thank you Northwoods Village for taking great care of our elderly population!
This is by far the worst facility I’ve ever encountered. The corporate office is more concerned about money than the well-being of residents or staff. They overwork their employees to the point of exhaustion, leaving the facility severely short-staffed. Because of this, residents are not getting the appropriate level of care they deserve. To make matters worse, they have what can only be described as a “real life Barbie in stilettos” running the show — more focused on appearances than solutions.
