We had placed a loved one at North Woods for rehab after a serious fall, which resulted in a few weeks in Indy. The CNAS and nurses were wonderful to him, they all took time to give him the extra care he needed, when he felt more like his jokingly self, they all interacted with him. The therapy department got him from a 2 person assist to walking again. He was able to return home. Our family cannot thank the staff enough.
Some of the best Nurses and CNAS. They take care of their Residents like they were family and go out of there way to meet the Residents needs.
Amanda B. in admissions is an amazing, caring, and passionate person who’s always there to lead the team in the right direction and is always so supportive. Keep up the great work! The North Woods staff is also super attentive and friendly towards everyone.
