The staff is very friendly and helpful! The facility was clean and well kept, and they are well known for their rehab and memory care units! They have a lot of activities for the residents too!

My grandma had to stay at Northwoods Village for two weeks for rehab- and she received the best care she has ever received! The admissions process was amazing! Amanda was there every step of the way and made sure my sweet grandma was taken care of! The nurses and CNAs were amazing and were very attentive to my grandma- she didn’t have to wait long at all if she needed assistance. The therapists working with her were top notch! We had placed a loved one at North Woods for rehab after a serious fall, which resulted in a few weeks in Indy. The CNAS and nurses were wonderful to him, they all took time to give him the extra care he needed, when he felt more like his jokingly self, they all interacted with him. The therapy department got him from a 2 person assist to walking again. He was able to return home. Our family cannot thank the staff enough.
