Bought a ring for my wife and it was too big so I went back the same day to replace it (had the receipt and everything) (the receipt said I had 30 days to return it) the girl at the front desk said we couldn’t exchange it because she didn’t know how, I should not have to have poor service because the worker doesn’t know how to do their job
It’s my first time to go in park city and I just roam around the Main Street and I just passed by at this store. They have the most adorable local stuff in town!! I love the shirt that I bought yesterday and I ask the lady at the store if I can change the size and she is the sweetest person I ever known!! She help me without any questions!! Really made my day!!
Normal collection of generic souvenirs. 1 star for the employee blasting their video phone call on speaker the entire time we were browsing.
