They had to change our plant date due to poor planning on their part, because of that, we were out of town when they came to plant. They had to be asked to dig the tree lower as they were going to leave it 6 inches out of the ground instead of even with our grass. They then called EVERY day to get payment when they were told that we were out of town on vacation and would pay when we returned. The crew showed up on time and well prepared for the work. When all was done, my yard was even cleaner than I could get it, and that's saying something! I am very particular. These guys went above and beyond.
