Response to ChefDeeDee – Not every job goes well or ends well when it comes to remodeling, but when stating your case at least be honest. What ChefDeeDee fails to mention is even though we did complete some of the work, we gave her parents a full refund of the 840.00 deposit they paid even though some of the services were already provided. Good with Countertops, but - - - don't refer to freinds or Family – The Guy who owns this business did a great job on granite countertops for my house, and they turned out beautiful. I felt it was fine to refer my parents to him for a "cabinet job" hence the name NORTH WOODS CABINETRY, He assured my parents in January, and took $840.00 of their money that he could do their "custom cabinet job", and now that it's Jun 23, 2008, there are NO CABINETS, NO MONEY, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and only excuses from their store, saying ... read more
