Worst experience. Made my first time doing this absolutely awful. No accountability, just points the finger at everyone else. No supervision of the crew. Our new house isn't supposed to be a fixer-upper, but that's what it is.
Just a douche to deal with.... I have multiple complaints about this guy.... If you are thinking about going the Wisconsin home route I would think twice and certainly never deal with these people!
The work by this long-running, professional home builder was fine and professional for me. When I inquired about the one-star review, I learned that this "Lance" was a former employee who is no longer with them for undisclosed reasons. Seems odd to leave a bad review without checking with the company about the circumstances.
Great, professional team to work with. On time performance, work completed and it is excellent. I would definitely work with these folks again!
Dealt with Mr. Lance Wilder who works there and had a bad dealing. He tried to illegally sell me something rather than being up front and honest. I refused to purchase and walked away and just ended up eating the fuel bill.
