New facility, very clean and secure.
Absolutely great staff nice convenient location
They are liars and treat their customers like they could care less about you! I needed a unit quickly and they were the closest unit available to where I was located. Upon shopping around later saw cheaper rate for same size unit couple miles away. Called North Windam Self Storage because their website clearly states they will beat any competitor's rate by 5%.
