Inventory wasn't that great, but the customer service was the frustrating part.
So I went there to get special woods for my kids birthday present, Shawn was working. He was super polite and knowledgeable about alot of the woods I had never worked with before. Great prices, the building is a old warehouse. No store front, but the operate out of their milled lumber holding room.. Fantastic Shop that I will be returning to!! Thanks to Shawn for a great experience!
Shawn went above and beyond today. I wandered into his store by chance. I’m so grateful as he was able to help me find EXACTLY what I needed - a true 12x12x1.75 - piece of white oak. You won’t find that in a big box store. Great customer service.
