Called them because I had an issue with my AC..after putting more Freon, the tech says you probably have a leak..10 days later AC isn’t working again. Then they want to charge me more money to fix the repair. So if you say there is a leak, why not fix it instead of a bandaid solution of just putting more Freon in it. I personally wouldn’t recommend!!!

Had a leak in my tankless water heater. North wind came the same day to diagnose the problem. Had the unit replaced u der warranty the next day before noon!!
Alex did a great job on my return vent installation. Took only 10 minutes and had everything cleaned up quickly. Extremely reasonable price for everything. Will contact again for any hvac troubles.
