I can't even get through over the phone, to transfer our service. I was on hold for 20 mins, and then I got hung up on. Then I called again, and I was on hold for another 10 mins. Forget it!
Would do zero stars. Live in a 2 bedroom trailer and shut off everything nightly. My power bill is over 500dollars. Outrageous.
Online payment charges keep going up in cost. Either drop online payments or drop the fee. The "supply service" charge is also b.s.

We had an emergency gas outage community wide and I graciously accommodated the service guys to turn off my gas. I was told it would be turned on the next day so I waited by my land-line all day for the call. No one called. Everyone else on my street got their gas turned back on. I was here all day. My phone number is on 3 signs on my fence. I never got contacted. I'm still sitting here waiting on Day #3 and the excuse every time I've called NWE is, "we'll get to you..." WOW.
