Terrible experience with Dr Kamal Sandhu when I came in the clinic last. She was very dismissive, showed no interest and her attitude was appalling. Prices were overpriced and I was in there for a very short time
Not impressed with Dr Sandhu. For a doctor to say“it just looks like your acne” is not good enough. She had a dismissive and disinterested attitude and was vague in her responses to my questions, which I had to repeat several times for her to be more direct. Her opinions were given in a pitiful manner. Whole experience felt unsupportive. I got the same knowledge online and felt like it was a waste of time and money.
I want to thank Kelly, admin for being so compassionate and understanding. She arranged for a dermatologist, Dr. Webster, to have a video consultation with my father. My father was in a nursing home and was unable to visit the clinic due to being bed ridden and safety concerns. After the tele-health consultation, instructions for were promptly sent to the nursing home to manage Dad’s skin condition. I highly recommend this clinic for its high standard of service and knowledge of the dermatologists.
If you are considering getting vascular laser or any skin treatment, Emily is the person to go to. Her kindness, understanding and knowledge in the field is like no other. She made the process so easy and is such a joy to be around. Could not thank or recommend her enough! (High level results aswell)
Provide excellent dermatologists and great in-house service. Will pass on to more expert services if required.
