We are so thrilled that we chose North West Water and Sewer LLC to help us out with a kitchen sink leak. We didn’t know a plumber so we just went with the above company since it’s located in Des Moines where we live. The owner, Cody Buxton, squeezed us in on a Saturday to take a look at the leak, even though his schedule was already full. He needed to order replacement parts which meant a second trip back for the actual repair which was completed quickly. Best experience with a plumber ever! I got Cody‘s name and number from several next-door users recommending his services. He was very professional, super nice and located and fixed our plumbing issue right away. Even came out on a Saturday! Will definitely call North West Water and Sewer for any future plumbing needs!!
Truly amazing work!!! Cody showed up when he said he would be here (actually was early, but reached out before to make sure it was ok). He discussed all the options with us and answered all our questions. He was clear about what changes he would need to make to the wall for the new water heater (we went tankless), made sure all the new openings were well sealed and ran solid tests to make sure it was working properly. Their quote and workmanship for the plumbing work given was one of the best I’ve seen based on my engineering experience in the construction industry.
