I had a wonderful experience at Northwest Veterinary Clinic in Kelowna. I brought my little Pomeranian in because she has significant hair loss, and the team worked with me to identify the cause and create a treatment plan. From start to finish, Dr. Tyler Udenberg and his wonderful staff were professional, respectful, and genuinely compassionate.
