They 'assessed' the vehicle and told her that it needed 4 bottom arms £400 2 front tyres £90 each (they then increased it to £95) Shock needed replaced £100 Caliper £200 I took it to my mechanic and none of the above needed replaced or needed attention except the tyres which was the purpose of the visit.
