This place is absolute trash. There customer service is as bad as it possibly gets. No emails and won't answer phone ever. So pathetic. I would leave negative stars if possible.
Don at Northwest Toys was great as always. Took in my ‘97 T100 for work and had a ton of great work done. Very noticeable after driving it. Fantastic job. These folks do most all my work on my vehicles and I’ve never had a bad experience. Thanks!

They had my truck for 8 months to do a SAS. When I got my truck back it misfired, had steering that was incredibly unsafe to drive, and had a frame welds that were left unpainted and were starting to rust, not to mention a bunch of other small things. And Don has an excuse for everything. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you want a mechanic who cares about your vehicle. Wes and his team have always been my go to for Toyota and Lexus 1UZ parts. Though pricier you get what you pay for, and these guys sell the best of the BEST of the BEST parts. Not only that, there amazing products are backed by fantastic, honest and simple customer service. A quick phone call and all my questions get answered immediately.
