Clean facilities and orderly private hospital located at Everton Park. My only issue is lack of signage or If not confusing 🤔 signals as well e.g carpark - there's a carpark at front but it's all reserved. There should be signposted to indicate only for doctor's etc. A few cars doing a roundabout thinking it was a public parking. Then heading to reception also confusing . I attended the NorthWest thru Medicare, as they couldn’t get me into the public hospitals within the timeframe that my procedure had to be done.The staff from reception, thru to the wards and theatre, were awesome, friendly and nothing was too much trouble……they actually took the time to talk to me.They were efficient, kept my partner updated by text from check in to ward admission, going into theatre to being on recovery ward. If I could give zero stars I would. My father had surgery on his leg as a self funded patient and was to be discharged after a night. No one in this hospital noticed he had a stroke and wanted to discharge as he ‘probably just slept on his left side wrong’. We had to persistently ask for a doctor to come check him to confirm a stroke. The only time people seemed to care was when they were asking him to pay more money. My wife Carey was sent to North West Private Hospital yesterday for a hernia repair. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left her care was really good. The nursing staff and doctors were great and she was looked after extremely well. Thank you to all the staff.

No one likes being in hospital however North West is next level!! They really are on top of things with lovely staff, clean and modern facilities etc. I would opt to travel to Brisbane for treatment just so I could be at this hospital!!!
