Nice guy, came out to look at our broken hot tub. Charged us $80 to come out. He couldn't find new fuse and told us to buy a new one. He said he would come back when we got the fuse for another $80. He would then do testing and figure out what was wrong. We called him several times and he still has not responded. Also, I tested the fuse before he came out, but he said it didn't matter and we needed to get a new one for testing, Needless to say, were have called another company to service our hot tub.
My pool pump failed. Chris came and gave me honest advice on how to fix it. He charged very reasonably for the visit. When the parts are here, he will be back to fix it. I plan to rely on Chris for other future maintenance work.
Chris was great! Our pool was getting air into it and acting like it was clogged. He explained everything he was doing and gave us tips to make taking care of the pool easier. This was our first year with our pool and before he left Chris also walked us through a couple of options for winterizing in the northwest. Will be our go to for the foreseeable future. Pricing is great as well!
Finally, a spa/pool tech that is super knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy! Northwest Pool Service came to the house today to repaired my spa. I cannot say enough about Chris and the great job he did. The price was economical for today's Service rates... I would highly recommend Northwest Pool Service.

Chris at NW Pool Service was the ONLY person that suggested a simple valve rebuild with new o-rings and some lube. He came by, took care of the simple issue at hand, and saved me several thousand dollars. Guess who I'll be calling wh... read more
