Why they so slow? they work very slowly, 10-12 people have not been able to quickly make curbs and a road for people for 2 months, 7 am is a very early start, and they finish at 8 pm, their noise is unbearable, they wake everyone up with their tractors and after we wake up we go to the balcony and they are standing and smoking, playing on the phone, I went out to smoke many times during the day, and I constantly see how they sit and do nothing, or 10 people sit and only 2 work, kind people, how long can you make curbs? Nothing like shutting down one whole city block and leave no access of 3 parking lots. They are slow and are milking the city for every penny they can. Garbage collectors have had troubles getting to the dumpsters. Doesn't take 2 months to pave a block. No communication with residents and very rude.
Just witnessed two of your guys get out after slamming the brakes on in front of a car to intimidate somebody in traffic, great employees
