I went in to buy a car battery. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff member who served me. Really efficient. It's what I call real customer service. I would certainly recommend
Painfully slow service in many of my visits . Maybe they are ok if you're in the trade and the staff know you. My latest visit involved me waiting several minutes while none of the 3 staff acknowledged me followed by a known customer land in behind me to be greeted and brought to the counter to be served. I'll happily bypass here in future and drive to paint components Ballymoney where the service is always top notch
