Radar Reception never answer the phone. I had to phone 15 seperate times in an hour to get through. If they worked in a call centre they’d be sacked on the spot for ignoring so many calls and rightly so.
Last year when booking the mot/service I mentioned to the lady on the phone that I have difficulty in walking any distance, and she arranged for the car to be picked up from my house, it was very helpful, but I am intended to bring it up myself, tho' it would be handy if I could get a lift down to the end of Western Rd, at Irvine Rd. I have a bus pass to get back home. Thanks.

I was refered to Teach and Treat Dental Clinic as an emergency patient. I just want to say that l have never encountered a more professional, efficient and caring service. Everything about the presentation of this service speaks of high standards of patient care. The dentists, students, nurses and receptionists all take pride in their job and are unfailingly kind and welcoming.
