I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been extremely disappointing. The cardiologist herself was fine, (though very late on both occasions), but the customer service experience was extremely frustrating. I needed a report from the cardiologist for my GP doctor to get 'clearance' for her to prescribe a repeat medication. As part of that, the cardiologist needed to review the report of a test I had done at another clinic a year ago, to determine if that needed to be repeated. Pretty ordinary Service here. Dr Gopal was delayed over 1.5 hours, reception staff not advising patients on arrival. I understand delays happen but be sensible and communicate with patients. A simple ph call would have been smarter so we didn’t waste our time
