Have used North West H&C in the past & always great. This time very disappointing, booked in to get evaporator cooler repaired, was booked for yesterday, they rang on Wednesday to change it to today (Friday), same time. So far no-one has been, no calls to let me know what is happening. I rang a few times message left well before 2pm, office closed at 2pm. Now after 6pm & nothing.
