After fitting our carpet, they thought it was acceptable to leave a pile of off-cuts dumped in our back garden, along with the center roll from the carpet that's 4 meters long. When I asked them to remove it, they claimed it was ours and that we had to pay extra if we wanted it taken away. I can’t think of a less professional company with such poor customer service. Great first time experience with this company . Thanks to Jordan who did a good job laying the floor and Matt who rang up afterwards to make sure I was happy. Even came round and tweaked a few things until I was completely happy. Would def use again.
