Called Josh. Said he’d meet me in an hr. Called at an hr. Said it was taking longer. I get that makes sense stuff happens. 2 1/2hrs later he says he’ll be there in 1 min. 15 mins go by. Says he’s near where I am. I tell him specifically where my car is. Ghosted me. I text, nothing. Called, voicemail. Pretty disappointing behavior.

Josh went above and beyond- immediate assistance, communicative, and assisted in what I wasn’t able to do. Stellar service, very fair price, great guy and will use again going forth.

Don't make the same mistake as me and drive here for no reason. They are most definitely not the same business anymore. And not open till 12 that's fortune.

*THIS COMPANY USED MY CAR FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL LEISURE WHILE I WAS GONE!!!* They had my car for over 3 months while I was away in Texas to fix a fuel pump and the windshield. The business closed while I was away, and they left my car at the place they sent it to get to get windshield replaced. The owner of the windshield place was upset that they didn't pay him yet(even though I paid them to pay him), so I paid twice for my windshield replacement just so I could get my car back. TL:DR - This company will cheat you. This company used to be called Green Care Auto Repair. They got into a lot of trouble in 2018. They were charging customers for service they weren't doing, then when they customers came back to complain trying to charge them more for "additional issues". I took my car to a different shop and Josh and Kenny at Northwest (Green Care) admitted what they had done.
