Andrew and a team came to install our evaporative cooling system today. Andrew was so helpful answering my husband's many questions and was very accommodating. All the gentlemen who came to do the install were friendly, professional, efficient and cleaned up any mess when the job was done. We were very impressed. After paying the deposit, the system was installed the same week, excellent service. We highly recommend them!
They rescheduled twice only for the third time to text advising they have cancelled the booking again and to go elsewhere. Couldnt even call to relay the bad news considering i was messed about from the get go.
I would like to thank North West Air-conditioning for the replacement of our Fujitsu air conditioner of 26 year's which was supplied by them all those years ago. Special thanks to Joong and Harley for a great job and great service, the new split system rocks! So Cool 😎
Had Brett and David come out to service our 20+ yo evaporative aircon. They were on time, polite and got straight into the job. They kept us informed at all times and showed us photos of the job afterwards. Very happy and will definitely use them again. Thank you
