Grateful for the owners being receptive to feed back. We have installed multiple systems with North West and they have worked hard to resolve an issue with a ducted heating and cooling system.

We have used Northwest many times for installations including split systems and ducted heating systems. Last year we invested a large sum of money to disconnect gas and go electric and installed a Braemar ducted heating and cooling. We have had nothing but trouble with it!! Won’t turn on in every room. They have been back possibly 6 times ( if not more) as we have lost count!! This is in less than 12 mth. Today included and we have no communication about resolving issue as we left work . I had my split system serviced and cleaned, it now smells better and runs more efficiently. It was a fast easy process from quote, to booking, to job done. Very happy 😊
