Dr. Prajapati and his wife are a pleasure to deal with. They provided the personalized service that can only be had from a family run business. When the time came, they travelled to our home to allow our pet to die in familiar surroundings and in as pleasant a manner as possible.
Not very happy with the service. I made an appointment and advised why I needed assistance. I get there and I give her my name. “Why are you here?” I explained why. Dr looked at the cat and wanted to do a thorough examination. We had done that a few months before. I only wanted an injection for her arthritis. I explained just what I wanted done. They are always trying to up sell. The cat is 18 years old. Everything was a rush. Poor customer service. Not happy. I will not be back
The vet was excellent, worked within our budget. Was very thorough! Not a question of integrity, he truly cares about our animals. I was very impressed. Thank you for helping zapper the cat !
